Falkon's development team recently helped up shore up and expand an internal database project and everything was top notch from start to finish. From our discovery phase they really understood the scope of work and deliverables we were looking for and tailored their proposal to us, to deployment and support on the back end. LoadRight is extremely user friendly and the learning process is quick, smooth, and painless. The Loading Screen even has options for the Fork Truck operators to update Trailer #’s and Door #’s. This is a huge safety improvement limiting the amount of foot traffic on the dock to physically check for that information. Customer service now has visibility on how we are loading orders and can advise the customer with accurate information without having to pick up the phone to call shipping.
