Our development process ensures seamless collaboration from kickoff to post-launch support. We begin by aligning on project goals, move through discovery and design, and then organize and execute development with full transparency. After deployment, we provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

First, we meet.
We’ll meet to introduce key team players from each firm, hear your high-level project needs, and discuss preferred methods of communication. We’ll brainstorm on the best approach forward and provide an MSA and NDA (if desired) for signature to get us to phase 2.

Project Understanding.
Here we aim to understand the full scope of the project from design needs, integrations, data analytics, and any unique technology needs. By the end of this stage, we will provide an estimate to complete the Discovery phase.

Discovery & Design.
This is where we will meet regularly with you to discuss user problems and needs and what your ideal processes look like for a new software solution.
Depending on your specific needs and desired outputs identified during the Project Understanding phase, by the end of Discovery, Falkon will provide:

Project Setup.
Organization is key to our success. We take the time up front to organize each aspect of development, including exchanging any required assets or files, assigning resources, and building out epics, features, and tasks. We will also set up regular status meetings to discuss progress, budget, and development updates.

Development & Testing.
With the approved blueprint in hand, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. Our iterative approaches to design, development, and testing are fully transparent, agile, and highly collaborative, providing you with visibility to everything happening behind the curtain, because candidly, there’s no curtain. We work together to build the best solution, even if that means things change along the way.
We set up a stage environment for testing (or UAT if requested), plan for production environment, and gather the necessary information for hosting, domains, and SSL certification.

Deployment & Monitoring.
Once development concludes, we’ll make sure the launch runs smoothly to deliver the best possible experience for your users.

Post-Launch Ongoing Support.
Do we seem like the kind of partner who would abandon you after deployment? Of course not. We will prepare a maintenance contract to ensure you have the tailored technical support you need as you navigate your new software. You can also submit a service desk ticket at any time via JitBit.
